It's quite simple. We think it's better to offer people the option to work for "Maximum wage" instead of "Minimum Wage". A traditional job demands set hours, or a shift pattern, and generally pays poorly - normally circa £10 per hour. Imagine just being an independent individual, making your hours and conditions. You would be well paid for the work you do and earn a monthly income based on the work you do once.
